By opening or browsing extrencityinc.com (the “Site”), you accept these Terms of Service and agree to follow them. If you cannot agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Extrencity, Inc, a healthcare software company that owns and runs a family of products including ReviewBox, Extrencity EHR, RFA Assist, a Telehealth Platform, Transcription, and Scribe.
Permission to Use the Site
Extrencity, Inc grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for informational purposes. You may not copy the Site for republication, frame it inside another service, scrape it at scale, or exploit its content commercially without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site—text, layout, graphics, logos, and underlying code—belongs to Extrencity, Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The product names ReviewBox, Extrencity, and RFA Assist, along with associated marks and logos, are trademarks of Extrencity, Inc. Nothing on the Site transfers any ownership interest or grants any trademark license to you.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Probe, disable, or interfere with the Site’s security or availability.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the contact form, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Deploy bots, crawlers, or automated tools that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Links to Products and Third Parties
The Site links out to our product websites and may link to third-party resources. Those destinations operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. Extrencity, Inc is not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Billing & Purchases
No purchases occur on this corporate Site. Subscriptions and payments for Extrencity, Inc products are made on the respective product sites under their product terms, which include the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a price quotation, or a billing relationship, and this Site never collects payment information.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any sort, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Extrencity, Inc and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability connected to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
